11. Returns and Refunds
*Initiating a Return*: To initiate a return, please contact us by email using info@Umbrella-Dryer.co.uk - Please include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for your return in your communication. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
*Shipping Costs*: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, any of your costs of return shipping will not be refunded, we will also deduct from your refund our original cost of shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Return Period*: You can return the purchased item within 30 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO UNITS WHICH HAVE BEEN BRANDED / PERSONALISED WITH YOUR CUSTOM LOGO AND / OR INSTRUCTIONS.
*Non-returnable Items*: Certain types of items cannot be returned for any reason such as custom-made items including items which have been branded with a supplied or created logo and / or custom instructions.
*Damaged Goods*: If you have a claim that goods are damaged upon delivery / receipt, you must make sure that you take pictures of the item in the original packaging as delivered prior to opening the delivery. We also require that you take a video of the opening of the item to prove the claim for damages. The pictures must show all the packaging sides and corners and faces. Video format is also acceptable. No claims for damages can be accepted unless the proof is supplied to show consistency in the claim prior to opening the delivery in any way.
*Refunds*: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days. If an order is cancelled before the item is shipped, we will deduct 10% of the order value as a re-stocking / administration fee. If you cancel an order (before it is shipped) once we have created artwork for you which enables you to place your brand on your unit/s ordered, we will also charge you a 10% cancellation fee for administration work undertaken on your order.

These Terms and Conditions are the complete and exclusive agreement between Not Normal Limited and you.
